SALES, § 253 — when verdict for buyer, in seller's action for purchase price, will not be set aside as being against weight of evidence. In action for purchase price of goods, sold by plaintiff to defendant, held, as against plaintiff's contention that verdict for defendant, on which trial court entered judgment, was against manifest weight of evidence, that verdict would not be set aside by Appellate Court.
