On November 9, 2022, we issued an opinion and order dismissing this appeal for want of jurisdiction. See Ex parte Richardson, No. 04-22-00636-CR, 2022 WL 16827630, at *1-2 (Tex. App.-San Antonio Nov. 9, 2022, no pet.) (per curiam) (mem. op., not designated for publication). Our plenary power to modify our judgment in this appeal expired on January 8, 2023, and we issued our mandate on January 24, 2023.
On May 31, 2024, appellant filed a document entitled "Motion for Objection." Although the document is labeled as a motion, it does not request any relief. Moreover, we have already concluded we lack jurisdiction over this appeal, and we no longer have plenary power to vacate or modify that judgment. See Tex. R. App. P. 19.3. Appellant's motion is therefore DENIED AS MOOT. We notify appellant that we lack authority to consider any further motions in this appeal.
