From the County Court At Law No 2, Guadalupe County, Texas Trial Court No. CCL-20-0273 Honorable Kirsten Legore, Judge Presiding
Sitting: Beth Watkins, Justice, Liza A. Rodriguez, Justice, Lori I. Valenzuela, Justice
ORDER
PER CURIAM.
On January 10, 2024, we dismissed this appeal for want of jurisdiction because appellant did not timely file his notice of appeal. On March 5, 2024, we denied appellant's motion for rehearing.
On March 14, 2024, appellant filed a letter we construe as a motion that requested various forms of relief, including an explanation about why the panel denied his motion for rehearing; an extension of time to file a petition for discretionary review; appointment of counsel on appeal; and findings of fact and conclusions of law. As we explained in both our January 10, 2024 opinion and order and our March 5 order, we lack jurisdiction to consider this appeal. See Olivo v. State, 918 S.W.2d 519, 522 (Tex. Crim. App. 1996). We therefore DENY appellant's motion. Because we lack jurisdiction to consider this appeal, we advise appellant that we lack authority to consider any further motions or requests for relief in this matter.
Appellant's March 14, 2024 motion also requests guidance about how to seek further review of our ruling. While we may not provide appellant with legal advice, we invite him to utilize the Texas Office of Court Administration's Self-Help Resources, which can be found at https://www.txcourts.gov/programs-services/self-help/self-represented-litigants/self-help-resources/.
It is so ORDERED.
