ABATEMENT ORDER

PE R CURIAM.

Appellant filed an unopposed motion to abate this appeal pending proceedings in the Texas Supreme Court that are anticipated to directly affect this appeal. Appellant's motion is granted.

The appeal is abated and removed from this court's active docket. The appeal will be reinstated after disposition of on Ex parte K.T., 612 S.W.3d 111 (Tex. App.-Fort Worth 2020, pet. granted) (No. 20-0977) and/or Ex parte Ferris, 613 S.W.3d 276 (Tex. App.-Dallas 2020, pet. granted) (No. 21-0075), by the Texas Supreme Court. The court will consider an appropriate motion to reinstate the appeal filed by either party, or the court may reinstate the appeal on its own motion.
