ORDER

Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, has requested that this action be dismissed. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a), plaintiff's request shall be honored.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action is dismissed.
