CORPSES AND BURIAL, § 4when verdict for plaintiff undertaker in action on contract for burial of deceased is not against manifest weight of evidence. In action by undertaker on alleged contract between him and defendant for burial of defendant's deceased mother, held that verdict for plaintiff was not against manifest weight of evidence.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Alexander county; the Hon. HAL A. SPANN, Judge, presiding.
