The opinion filed on September 18, 2001, is modified to correct clerical and other errors as follows:

1. On page 2, line 9 [92 Cal.App.4th 365, advance report, line 10], delete the sentence, “DHEA and Andro do not cause cancer.” Replace the sentence with “DHEA and Andro are not contained on the list of chemicals known to the state to cause cancer.”;
