FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF TRAVIS COUNTY, 98TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
NO. D-1-GN-17-000861 , HONORABLE KARIN CRUMP, JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellants have filed an amended unopposed motion to dismiss this interlocutory appeal. Appellants state that the parties have reached an agreement and that appellees do not oppose the motion, and they request that we remand this case to the trial court for further proceedings. Accordingly, we grant appellants' amended motion, dismiss this appeal, and remand to the trial court for further proceedings. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1).
We dismiss as moot appellants' original unopposed motion to dismiss. In addition, we dismiss as moot the following motions, which are pending before this Court: the motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction and the motion to expedite consideration of its motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, filed by appellee North Texas Municipal Water District (the District), and the motion for leave to file briefing in opposition to the District's motion to dismiss, filed by appellee Ken Paxton, Attorney General of the State of Texas.
