ORDER

Appellee, Martha Wilson Chase, has filed a motion to extend the deadline to file her appellee's brief Appellant, Henry Fred Chase III, filed his appellant's brief on November 1, 2023, making appellee's brief due to be filed on or before December 1, 2023. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(b). Appellee's motion requests that the deadline to file her appellee's brief be extended to January 2, 2024.

Appellee's motion includes a certificate of conference stating that appellant is unopposed to the relief requested in appellee's motion. See Tex. R. App. P. 10.1(a)(5). Accordingly, appellee's motion is granted. Appellee's brief is due to be filed on or before January 2, 2024.

It is so ORDERED.
