AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 216questions for jury in action for personal injuries resulting from collision with street car. In action for injuries sustained in intersectional collision between defendant's street car and automobile in which plaintiff was a passenger, whether traffic lights were in favor of automobile and against street car and whether plaintiff's witnesses were in a position to see lights were for jury.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. THOMAS J. COURTNEY, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the December term, 1948.
