AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 216 — questions for jury in action for personal injuries resulting from collision with street car. In action for injuries sustained in intersectional collision between defendant's street car and automobile in which plaintiff was a passenger, whether traffic lights were in favor of automobile and against street car and whether plaintiff's witnesses were in a position to see lights were for jury.
