JAMES DOMINQUE CARLTON, Petitioner, v. UNKNOWN, Respondents. No. 2:14-cv-2756 CKD P United States District Court, E.D. California. March 10, 2015

          ORDER

          CAROLYN K. DELANEY, Magistrate Judge.

On January 21, 2015, the court ordered petitioner to file a petition for writ of habeas corpus by February 23, 2015 and was warned that failure to file a petition for writ of habeas corpus by that date would result in this case being closed.
