BROKERS, § 92action for commission, evidence. In action for real estate broker's Commission, record presented question of fact whether defendants had insisted to plaintiff at all times that they wanted $3,800 "net," and signed contract with plaintiff calling for a commission of $200 without understanding its nature because they could not read or write English, and trial court's judgment for defendants would be affirmed.

Appeal from Municipal Court of Chicago; Hon. VICTOR A. KULA, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in third division, first district, this court at April term, 1940.
