Opinion

Opinion filed March 2, 1942

AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 135verdict as supported by sufficient evidence. Where the plaintiff's intestate died from injuries sustained when he drove his car into the rear of the defendants' truck at night, and there was a conflict in the evidence whether the truck carried a red light on the rear, in an action to recover for his wrongful death, in which there was a verdict and judgment for plaintiff administrator, the court would not substitute its opinion for that of the jury when the verdict was supported by sufficient evidence.
