TRIAL COURT NO. 348-277443-15 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND JUDGMENT

We have considered the "Unopposed Motion to Dismiss Appeal" of Braxton Acquisitions, LLC, and Robert Scott Bauer. It is the court's opinion that the motion should be granted; therefore, we dismiss the appeal of Braxton Acquisitions, LLC, and Robert Scott Bauer. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1), 43.2(f). This case shall hereafter be styled "George Bridgmon, Amy Bridgmon, and Softbridge Resources, LLC v. Braxton Acquisitions, LLC, and Robert Scott Bauer."

Braxton Acquisitions, LLC, and Robert Scott Bauer shall pay the costs of their appeal, for which let execution issue. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(d).
