ISIDRO BACA, WARDEN, Appellant, v. ROY EMILLIO GODETT, Respondent.

ORDER OF AFFIRMANCE

Warden Isidro Baca appeals from a district court order granting Roy Emillio Godett's postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed on January 18, 2017. First Judicial District Court, Carson City; James E. Wilson, Judge.

Godett's petition challenged the computation of time served. Baca argues the district court erred by granting the petition because Godett was not entitled to have statutory credits applied to his minimum sentence under NRS 209.4465(7)(b). In light of the Nevada Supreme Court's recent decision in Williams v. State Department of Corrections, 133 Nev. ___, 402 P.3d 1260 (2017), we conclude the district court did not err by granting the petition, and we

ORDER the judgment of the district court AFFIRMED.

In light of this order no action will be taken on the pro se motion filed March 22, 2018. --------
