Appellant Hira Azhar filed a motion for rehearing en banc. The motion is denied. It is so ORDERED.

En banc court consists of Chief Justice Adams and Justices Goodman, Landau, Hightower, Countiss, Rivas-Molloy, and Guerra. Justice Kelly not participating.

The Honorable April L. Farris, former Justice of this Court, was a member of the Panel when the case was submitted and participated in the decision of the case. Although her term of office expired on August 31, 2024, she remains eligible for assignment to the Court. See Tex. R. App. P. 41.2(a); see also Tex. Gov't Code 74.003(a). Accordingly, she is a member of the en banc Court. See Tex. R. App. P. 41.2(a) ("An en banc court consists of all members of the court who are not disqualified or recused and-if the case was originally argued before or decided by a panel-any members of the panel who are not members of the court but remain eligible for assignment to the court.").
