ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a district court order granting summary judgment to respondents in a tort action. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Susan Johnson, Judge.

After this court ordered appellants to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, appellants timely responded, acknowledging that claims against two other parties remained pending below and stating that they were in the process of resolving those claims. To date, no further response has been filed. Accordingly, as it appears that no final judgment has been entered below, we lack jurisdiction and

ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.

In light of this order, the February 13, 2012, stipulation to extend the time to file the opening brief is moot.
