INJUNCTIONS, § 297.1when injunction against defendant's farming land of plaintiff will not be reversed. Where there were no errors of law justifying reversal of decree enjoining defendant from farming plaintiff's land, defendant's lease of which trial court found had expired, decree will not be reversed by Appellate Court on disputed facts, concerning which trial court heard witnesses, when latter court's findings are not manifestly and palpably wrong.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Lawrence county; the Hon. BLAINE HUFFMAN, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in this court at the February term, 1945.
