DIVORCE, § 77sufficiency of evidence of extreme and repeated cruelty. In husband's action for divorce wherein wife filed cross action for separate maintenance, evidence that wife struck husband a "medium blow" in face and about six weeks thereafter struck him on head with onyx ash tray, knocking him to floor and resulting in nineteen stitches being required to close wounds on husband's head, warranted decree of divorce for husband on ground of "extreme and repeated cruelty" and dismissal of cross action for want of equity.
