My Decision that issued March 4, 2009, is hereby amended in the Appendix “Notice to
Employees” to substitute the following:
WE WILL bargain in good faith with the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining
representative of the employees in the above described bargaining unit.
WE WILL, upon request, furnish the Union with the requested copies of the Daily
Package Recap Report.
