FURTHER ORDERED that with respect to Interference 106,001 5
(HHB), Claims 1–7, 10, 13, 21–27, 30, 33, 41–47, 50, and 53 (corresponding the 6
Count 1) of Alarm.com’s involved patent, U.S. Patent 8,350,694 B1 are 7
CANCELLED, 35 U.S.C. 135(a); 8
FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of the Decision on Motions 9
(Paper 199) and this Judgment be entered in the administrative records of 10
