Petitioner’s Request for Review of the Regional Director’s Order Dismissing
Petition without a hearing is granted as it raises substantial issues warranting review. See
New York University, 356 NLRB No. 7 (2010).1 Accordingly, the Regional Director’s
dismissal of the petition is reversed, the petition is reinstated, and the case is remanded to
the Regional Director for a hearing and issuance of a decision.
