Case: 22-CA-27468 and NEW MAJESTIC, INC. and MING XING CHEN SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER A controversy having arisen over the amounts of backpay due the discriminatees under the terms of the Order' issued by the National Labor Relations Board on March 30, 2007, the Regional Director for Region 22, on January 31, 2008, issued a Compliance Specification and Notice of Hearing. Pursuant thereto, a hearing was held before Administrative Law Judge Steven Fish. Thereafter, on September 4, 2009, the Administrative Law Judge Steven Fish issued his Supplemental Decision and, on the same date, the proceeding was transferred to and continued before the Board in Washington, D.C. The Administrative Law Judge determined the amounts of backpay due the discriminatees and recommended that the Respondent pay such amounts. 1 The unpublished Order adopted the Administrative Law Judge's findings and conclusions. No statement of exceptions having been filed with the Board, and the time allowed for 2such filing having expired, Pursuant to Section 1 0(c) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended and Section 102.48 of the National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations, the Board adopts the findings and conclusions of the Administrative Law Judge as contained in his Supplemental Decision, and orders that the Respondents, The Imperial Buffet & Restaurant, Inc. d/b/a Majestic Restaurant & Buffet and Majestic Buffet, Inc. and New Majestic, Inc., their officers, agents, successors, and assigns, shall pay the amounts set forth in the recommended Order of the Administrative Law Judge.
