In its final decision dated May 3, 2021, the Board affirmed a requirement under
Section 6(a) of the Trademark Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1056(a), that Sweetwater Brewing
Company, LLC (“Applicant”) disclaim the word “DANK.” On June 2, 2021, Applicant
submitted the required disclaimer (18 TTABVUE). Accordingly, the disclaimer of
“DANK” is hereby entered, in the following form:
