On 24 February 2018 Junior Party Universal Display Corporation (“UDC”) 1 filed a request for adverse judgment in light of a settlement agreement with Senior 2 Party Merck Patent GmBH. (See Paper 37.) The parties have submitted a copy of 3 Interference 106,076 2 the settlement agreement separately from the file of this interference, pursuant to 1 35 U.S.C. § 135(c), 37 C.F.R. § 41.205, and ¶ 205 of the Standing Order. (See 2 Paper 38.) We GRANT UDC’s request. 3 Accordingly, it is ORDERED that claims 18-28 and 31-39 of patent 4 9,312,505 are CANCELED.
