ERRATA

Through inadvertence, the undersigned omitted Donald Kees from the list of persons
entitled to remedy in the above-captioned case which issued on March 24, 2006.
Notably, Kees was named in paragraph 6(a) of the complaint which alleged that a
number of former Big Foot Express employees were discriminatorily refused for hire by the
Respondent herein. I have determined that the Respondent violated Section 8(a)(3) and (1)
with respect to its treatment of certain applicants for hire, including Donald Kees.
Accordingly, the Decision in this matter is hereby amended to include the aforesaid
discriminatee, Donald Kees, in the Remedy section and all other pertinent portions of this
Decision nunc pro tunc to March 24, 2006.
