Substitute the phrase “On request, bargain in good faith with the Union” for the phrase, “On request, bargain with the Union” at page 23, line 5. 2. Insert the following sentence at page 23, line 5: “The Union’s certification year shall extend one year from the date that good-faith bargaining begins.” 3. Renumber subparagraphs 2.f. and 2.g. as subparagraphs 2.i. and 2.j. respectively and insert new subparagraphs 2.f., 2.g., and 2.h. as follows: f. Provide the Union with all requested employee health benefit plans, current job descriptions, disciplinary notices, warnings or records of disciplinary personnel actions that have not already been provided. g. Pay to the Union the costs and expenses it incurred in the preparation and conduct of collective-bargaining negotiations subsequent to April 17, 2003, plus interest, and reimburse employee negotiators for loss of earnings while attending negotiations from May 6 to November 12, plus interest. h. Upon request, bargain in good faith with the Union over the discharge of Brady Jones. 4. Change “Oakland” to “Dunsmuir” at page 23, footnote 6. 5. Substitute the phrase “WE WILL, on request, bargain with the Union in good faith and . . .” for the phrase “WE WILL, on request, bargain with the Union and . . .” in paragraph 14 of the Appendix. 6. Substitute the phrase, “WE WILL bargain in good faith with the Union regarding . . .” for the phrase, “WE WILL bargain with the Union regarding . . .” in paragraph 15 of the Appendix. Insert the following sentence at the end of the Appendix: “WE WILL make the Union whole for costs and expenses incurred in the preparation and conduct of negotiations after April 17, 2003, plus interest, and will make whole employee negotiators for their loss of earnings while attending negotiations from May 6 until November 12, 2003, plus interest.
