DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE
The National Labor Relations Board has considered an objection to a secret-ballot
election held January 16, 2015, and the Regional Director's report recommending disposition of
them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of
ballots shows 11 ballots cast for and 7 ballots cast against the Petitioner, with 1 challenged
ballot, an insufficient number to affect the results.
No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's report within the time provided.
Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and recommendations, and finds
that a certification of representative should be issued.1

1 The Regional Director recommended that the Employer’s objection be overruled in its entirety.

CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE
IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have been cast for International
Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers District Lodge 725, AFL-CIO and that it is the
exclusive collective-bargaining representative of the employees in the following appropriate unit:
All full-time drivers, fuel distribution system operators, aircraft servicers and
dispatchers employed by the Employer at its operations located at Naval Air
Station (NAS) North Island, San Diego, California, Naval Outlying Facility (NOLF)
Imperial Beach, Imperial Beach, California, and Naval Auxiliary Landing Field
(NALF) San Clemente Island, Los Angeles, California, Excluded: All other
employees, office clerical employees, managerial employees, guards and
supervisors as defined in the Act.
