ORDER
The Respondent’s request for special permission to appeal from Administrative
Law Judge John T. Giannopoulos’s April 10, 2019 order is denied. The Respondent
has failed to demonstrate that the judge abused his discretion in remanding the case to
the Regional Director to secure compliance before entertaining a motion to withdraw the
complaint. The judge acted in accord with the terms of the informal settlement
agreement and the Board’s Casehandling Manual. See NLRB Casehandling Manual
(Part One) Unfair Labor Practice Proceedings, § 10154.4.
