The Respondent admitted that it had engaged in certain unfair labor practices, and the judge recommended that the Respondent take specific action to remedy such unfair labor practices. The parties waived appeal. Accordingly, Pursuant to Section 10(c) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, and Section 102.48 of the National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations, the Board adopts the Administrative Law Judge’s recommended Order, and orders that the Respondent, Hotel Management Advisors Troy LLC d/b/a Metropolitan Hotel Detroit-Troy, its officers, agents, successors, and assigns, shall take the action set forth in the recommended Order of the Administrative Law Judge.1 Dated, Washington, D.C., November 10, 2015.
