JUDGMENT
Molecular Tool, Inc., the common assignee of the parties
Goelet et al. and Soderlund et al., has filed a request for
entry of an adverse judgment with respect to the senior party
Soderlund et al. Pursuant to 37 CFR § 1.662(a), judgment as to
the subject matter of the count in issue is hereby awarded to
Philip Goelet, Michael R. Knapp and Stephen Anderson, the
junior party. Accordingly, Hans E. Soderlund and Anne-
Christine Syvanen, the senior party, are not entitled to a
patent containing claims 102 to 140 corresponding to the count.
