ERRATUM
On April 26, 2010, a decision issued in the above case containing some minor
grammatical and editorial errors. The following corrections are hereby made to that decision.
1. Replace lines 25-28 on p. 3 of the decision with the following new sentence:
“The record reflects that soon after the parties entered into the 2005
settlement agreement, a meeting was held among employees, attended by
C. Franzen, Baker, Union president Chris Farrand, and Counsel for the
General Counsel Neilson, where they were informed of the settlement and
told they were being represented by the Union.”
2. On p. 33, line 6, delete the word “the”.
2. On p. 33, line 9, delete the words “if the Respondent”.
3. On p. 33, line 10, delete the word “added”.
4 On p. 36, lines 51-52, delete the incomplete sentence that begins on line 51
with the word “each”, and ends on line 52 with the word “Suprick.”
