ORDER REMANDING APPEAL TO EXAMINER

Appeals and Interferences on January 11, 2010. A Docketing Notice was
mailed on January 26, 2010. Upon review of the application, it has been
determined that a remand to the Examiner is necessary to consider the

March 11, 2010, Appellants filed a Request for Re-Opening of Prosecution
under 37 C.F.R. § 1.111.
