ORDER RE-MAILING BOARD DECISION

This appeal was originally decided and mailed to the address of record
on September 25, 2013 (see attached copy of the decision). The decision,
however, was returned to the USPTO Mail Center as undeliverable on
October 2, 2013. Upon further review of the application it was noted that
the telephone number for the attorney of record, John Lezdey (Registration
No. 22,735) is no longer in service, and attempts to reach him have been
unsuccessful.

Per MPEP § 707.13, upon receipt of returned Office actions,
correspondence may be sent to an address other than the address of record.
Accordingly, the decision is being mailed to the address indicated by first
named inventor, Gregg Siegel, according to the oath filed July 16, 2007.

Appellants’ time for seeking rehearing under 37 C.F.R. § 41.52(a)(1)
expires two (2) months from the entry date of this Order.
