PER CURIAM.

DECISION ON APPEAL
Appellant appeals under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the Examiner's
rejections under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) of claims 11-181 as unpatentable over
Ewen (US 4,975,403, issued Dec. 04, 1990) alone or in view of Bamberger
(US 6,518,215 B1, issued Feb. 11, 2003). We have jurisdiction under 35
U.S.C. § 6.

1 Pending dependent claim 20 is not under rejection and therefore not on
appeal (see Ans. 4; cf. Br. 2).
