DECISION ON APPEAL
Appellant1 appeals under 35 U.S.C. § 134(a) from the final rejection of
claims 33—36, which constitute all of the claims pending in this application.
Claims 1—32 are canceled. We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 6(b).

Appellant’s disclosed and claimed invention generally relates “to an

substrates such as IC (Integrated Circuit) bare chips to be stacked.”
