ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On October 2, 2015, Appellant, Pride Mobility Products Corporation
(“Appellant”), filed a Notice of Appeal in this reexamination. Appellant
filed a request for an oral hearing on February 29, 2016. A Notice of
Hearing was mailed on April 22, 2016, which scheduled the oral hearing for
June 15, 2016. However, on May 13, 2016, Appellant filed a
communication waiving attendance at the oral hearing, and also requesting
that the appeal be dismissed in this reexamination.

Accordingly, the oral hearing scheduled for June 15, 2016, was
canceled, and the appeal in this reexamination is dismissed.

The reexamination is being returned to the Central Reexamination
Unit (CRU) for any further action, as may be appropriate.
