Junior party Elsing et al. has indicated by telephone that
it does not object to this request for entry of adverse judgment
by senior party Sanada.
The request is granted.
Judgment is hereby entered against senior party Sanada, and
in favor of junior party Elsing et al.
Accordingly, Yotaro Sanada is not entitled to a patent
containing his claims 1, 2 and 3 which correspond to the count,
and John W. Elsing and William C. Bright are entitled, on this
record, to a patent containing their application claims 17, 18
and 19 which correspond to the count.
