JUDGMENT On April 9, 1998, senior party Sanada filed a paper (Paper No. 24) requesting entry of adverse judgment and conceding Elsing v. Sanada Interference No. 103,767 2 priority to junior party Elsing et al. Elsing v. Sanada Interference No. 103,767 3 Junior party Elsing et al. has indicated by telephone that it does not object to this request for entry of adverse judgment by senior party Sanada. The request is granted. Judgment is hereby entered against senior party Sanada, and in favor of junior party Elsing et al. Accordingly, Yotaro Sanada is not entitled to a patent containing his claims 1, 2 and 3 which correspond to the count, and John W. Elsing and William C.
