Section 5-12-114 - Substance abuse testing(a) The program team shall require accurate and reliable substance use testing of participants.(b) Participants shall be required to submit to frequent, random and observed substance use testing.(c) The results of all substance use tests shall be provided to the program team as soon as practicable.Renumbered from 7/13/1612 by Laws 2023, ch. 1, § 3, eff. 7/1/2024.
