Section 36-4-122 - Administration of Hot Springs state park(a) Effective April 1, 1990, the authority for management, control and administration of the Hot Springs state park located at Thermopolis, Hot Springs county, is vested in the department of state parks and cultural resources, in consultation with the commission. Effective July 1, 1999, the authority for management, control and administration of the Hot Springs state park located at Thermopolis, Hot Springs county, is vested in the department of state parks and cultural resources, in consultation with the commission.
