Section 29-3-101 - Definitions(a) As used in this chapter: (i) "Drilling" means open pit work, field processing, gasification, digging, shooting, torpedoing, perforating, fracturing, testing, logging, acidizing, cementing, completing or repairing; (ii) "Material" means casing, tanks, pipelines, fuel, machinery, equipment, appliances, buildings, structures, tools, bits or supplies. "Material" does not include drilling rigs or hoists or their integral component parts except wire lines.
