Section 66.1036 - Building permit for a shoreland structure

If an activity in a shoreland setback area to which s. 59.692(1k) (a) or (b) applies requires a building permit, the city, village, or town that issues the building permit for that activity shall provide a copy of the building permit to the county clerk.
