Section 757.001 - Definitions In this chapter:
(1) "Circuit court commissioner" means a person appointed under SCR 75.02 (1) and a supplemental court commissioner authorized under SCR 75.02 (3) to the limited extent of that authorization.(2) "Supplemental court commissioner" means a person appointed under s. 757.675(1).
