Section 39-4-17 - Official stampThe official stamp of a notary public must:
(1) Include the notary public's name, address, jurisdiction, commission expiration date and other information required by the Secretary of State; and(2) Be capable of being copied together with the record to which it is affixed or attached or with which it is logically associated.Added by 2014 Acts, ch. 133 (HB 4012), eff. 7/1/2014.
