Section 18B-17-6 - Authorizing rules of higher education policy commission(a) The legislative rule filed in the state register on the twenty-fifth day of August, two thousand three, relating to the higher education policy commission (higher education adult part-time student grant program -- HEAPS -- rule), is authorized.(b) The legislative rule filed in the state register on the twenty-second day of October, two thousand three, relating to the higher education policy commission (purchasing efficiencies rule), is authorized.
