Section 16-50-2 - AuthorityThe department may:
(1) Propose legislative rules for legislative approval in accordance with the provisions of article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code, necessary to administer this article; and(2) Conduct and approve education training programs.Added by 2015 Acts, ch. 129 (HB 2648), eff. 6/16/2015.
