Section 9-7-506 - Annual reportsThe library board of directors shall:
(1) provide an annual report to the county executive and county legislative body on the condition and operation of the library, including a financial statement; and(2) provide an annual report to the director of the division that contains the information required by the State Library Board.Amended by Chapter 221, 2019 General Session ,§ 17, eff. 5/14/2019.Amended by Chapter 227, 1993 General Session
