Section 9-7-406 - Reports to governing body and director of the divisionThe library board of directors shall:
(1) provide an annual report to the city governing body on the condition and operation of the library, including a financial statement; and(2) provide an annual report to the director of the division that contains the information required by the State Library Board.Amended by Chapter 221, 2019 General Session ,§ 9, eff. 5/14/2019.Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 241, 1992 General Session
