Section 78B-7-607 - Penalties(1) A violation of a criminal provision of a protective order issued under this part is a class A misdemeanor.(2) A violation of a civil provision of a protective order issued under this part is contempt of court.Added by Chapter 142, 2020 General Session ,§ 55, eff. 7/1/2020.
