Section 78B-21-119 - Interim report of receiverA receiver may file, or if ordered by the court shall file, an interim report that includes:
(1) the activities of the receiver since appointment or a previous report;(2) receipts and disbursements, including a payment made or proposed to be made to a professional engaged by the receiver;(3) receipts and dispositions of receivership property;(4) fees and expenses of the receiver and, if not filed separately, a request for approval of payment of the fees and expenses; and(5) any other information required by the court.Added by Chapter 431, 2017 General Session ,§ 19, eff. 5/9/2017.
